Pricing questions
Do you charge per minute or for going over?
Never. Calls are unlimited on every plan. Extra quotes beyond your plan are $8 each, and we'll text you before we charge for one.
What about storm nights and cold snaps?
That's when it matters most. Calls stay unlimited. Every caller gets a person or an instant text back, and the urgent ones — no heat, water coming in, lines down — reach you first.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Month to month. Our first shops also get a price that can't go up for 12 months.
Is there a setup fee?
No. And your first month on any plan is half price.
Can I pause in the slow season?
Yes. If you're on any plan, you can drop to Keep-Warm at $99 a month for up to five months a year. Your number stays live and missed calls still get a text back.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. Most shops start with Catch or a single service. Every month you'll see how many calls, quotes and invoices went through, so you can tell when it's worth adding people on the phone.
