What we collect

When you call, text, or email us, we keep your name, phone number, email address, the content of your messages, and — for calls — a recording and transcript. Every caller is told at the start of the call that it may be recorded. If you become a client, we also keep the business information you give us to do the work.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, provide the services you ask for, keep records of our conversations, and improve our service. We use service providers (for example our phone and email providers) to operate, and they may process your information only on our behalf.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email chris@getsupportingtrades.com.

Security and retention

We keep records on systems we control, with access limited to our team, for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
